Giant Heart Cookies

Ingredients

* your favorite cookie dough recipe
* tube of icing


Mix up your favorite cookie dough recipe and spread the whole bowl of batter on a large cookie sheet, and form into a heart.

Bake a little longer than normal, about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and allow it to cool. If your heart comes out less than perfect, allow it to cool slightly, and then trim off the excess carefully with a knife.

Cover a heart shaped piece of cardboard with foil and a doily, and carefully transfer the cookie.

Write "I LOVE YOU" or your special message on the cookie with the icing.

Chocolate Dipped Cookies

Ingredients

* 12 ounce bag of chocolate chips
* 1 Tablespoon margarine
* goodies to dip
(cherries, caramels, marshmallows)
(nuts, raisins, banana chips,strawberries)


Melt the chocolate chips with the margarine in a double boiler, stirring often until fully melted.

Using toothpicks or tongs, carefully dip your favorite goodies into the mix.

Place the chocolate covered goodies on a wax-paper lined cookie sheet and set in the refridgerator to cool and firm up.
